Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of ReSpace, a product based in Jakarta, Indonesia. By creating an account or using ReSpace, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 17 years old
- One account per person
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account
- You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes
3. AI Output — Inspirational, Not Perfect
Our AI generates visualized redesigns and matches products from real retailers. AI output can contain mistakes — including incorrect proportions, unavailable items, price changes since matching, or products that simply don't exist anymore. Treat every ReSpace result as creative inspiration, not a purchase recommendation. We don't guarantee that any specific product shown in a shopping list is currently available, correctly priced, or suitable for your space.
4. Before You Buy — Verify Everything
Every product shown in a shopping list links out to a third-party retailer. Before purchasing, you must verify: actual product dimensions against your room's measurements, current availability, the current price (it may have changed since our match), shipping options to your location, and that the product matches your expectations in person. ReSpace is a discovery tool, not a retailer. We're confident — but we're not clairvoyant about your specific space. All purchases are between you and the listed retailer, under their terms and policies. We don't process payments, handle fulfillment, or accept returns.
5. Free tier
- 2 generations per day baseline
- Up to 2 additional generations per day by watching rewarded video ads
- Maximum 4 generations per day
- 1 generation in progress at a time
- Includes ads; first 3 shopping-list items visible, rest visible with Pro
- We may change these limits at any time with reasonable notice
6. Pro subscription
- $19.99 per month, billed via Apple App Store or Google Play
- 50 generations per month
- Up to 3 generations in progress at once
- No ads; full shopping lists
- Auto-renews monthly until canceled
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective store policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
- Unused monthly generations do not roll over
7. Credit packs
- One-time purchases available only to active Pro subscribers
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased (standard for digital goods)
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Credit packs are consumed only after you exhaust your monthly Pro quota
8. Shopping through retailers
- All product listings in shopping lists come from third-party retailers
- Purchases are contracts between you and the retailer, subject to the retailer's own terms
- We don't handle payments, shipping, returns, or customer service for retailer purchases
- Prices, availability, and retailer terms can change at any time
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos you don't have rights to
- Generate content intended to harass, defame, impersonate, or infringe others' rights
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
- Resell our service or create derivative products from our output without written permission
- Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction
10. Termination
- You can delete your account anytime by emailing support@respaceai.app
- We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Outstanding subscriptions cancel upon account termination; any refund is subject to store policy
11. Warranty disclaimer
ReSpace is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI output, or product accuracy. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the total amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law; some jurisdictions don't allow such caps.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from your use of ReSpace is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.
14. Changes to these terms
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when these terms change. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use of ReSpace after a change means you accept the new terms.
